This week, the Department of Agriculture will begin issuing the second tranche of payments for the 2019 Market Facilitation Program (MFP). Reece Langley, Vice President of Washington Operations for the National Cotton Council, joins us to talk about the benefit this will bring cotton farmers affected by the ongoing trade dispute between the U.S. and China.
