This week the National Cotton Council joined other commodity and general farm organizations in submitting comments to USDA expressing concern for the payment limitation and payment eligibility interim rule.

This week the National Cotton Council joined other commodity and general farm organizations in submitting comments to USDA expressing concern for the payment limitation and payment eligibility interim rule.  Jay Hardwick, Vice-Chairman for the Council says the industry is concerned about the inclusion of changes to current regulations that were not included in the statute.
