According to the Journal of Commerce, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) will delay the release of its controversial new truck driver hours-of-service (HOS) rules until October.

According to the Journal of Commerce, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) will delay the release of its controversial new truck driver hours-of-service (HOS) rules until October. Harrison Ashley, Vice President of Ginner Services for the National Cotton Council, says the hours-of-service rule would make several changes to current requirements.
