During the National Cotton Council’s Mid-Year Board meeting, the Board of Directors unanimously adopted a farm policy proposal.

During the National Cotton Council's Mid-Year Board meeting, the Board of Directors unanimously adopted a farm policy proposal.  Gary Adams, Vice President of Economics and Policy Analysis for the Council says the proposal gives a new focus to farm policy for the NCC.
