Congress passed a continuing resolution (CR) funding government agencies at current FY21 levels through December 3. As part of that package, Congress included $10 billion in agricultural disaster assistance extending WHIP+ to cover eligible crop losses and crops prevented from planting in the 2020 and 2021 crop years.
