Dr. Gary Adams, President and CEO of the National Cotton Council joins the Agriculture Council of America in recognizing National Agriculture Day, which is observed this week.
Dr. Adams shares how American agriculture is the foundation of our country, and that the U.S. cotton industry is certainly a large part of this. As the theme for National Ag Day is “Growing a Climate for Tomorrow,” he also encourages cotton growers to complete enrollment in the U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol and apply for the Climate Smart Cotton Program ahead of the April 30 midnight deadline at TrustUSCotton.org.
